There are different rates for the VSE 2019 Annual Conference: the early bird rate for those who register by the 1^st of April and the normal rate for those who register until the 29^th of May. After this date, registrations will be closed.
There is also a difference in rates for VSE and France Victimes’ members and non-members.
This information will be checked by the organisers of the conference. If you have paid the wrong fee, the organisers reserve the right to require the participant to pay a the difference between the two prices. If the difference is not paid, the organisers reserve the right not to accept the participation to the conference.

Conference registration will be confirmed once the full registration and payment process has been completed. Participants will receive a confirmation email. Please check it carefully and notify us of any errors.

Cancellation policy and disclaimers VSE 2019 Annual Conference
In case of cancellation, the following charges apply:
Before 1^st of May 2019: free of charge
From 2^nd of April to 23^rd of May 2019: 50% of the total cost
From 24^th of May 2019: 100% of the total cost

You may reassign your registration to another person in order to avoid the cancellation penalty only if this is communicated in writing to vse2019@france-victimes.fr. It is the ultimate decision of the Conference organiser whether or not a cancellation penalty will be applicable, and this cannot be disputed.

All cancellations and changes are only valid when in writing and confirmed by both parties. Any applicable refunds will be paid after the conference.

 

Conditions Générales d’Utilisation

Différents tarifs sont disponibles concernant les frais d’inscription à la Conférence Annuelle VSE de 2019 : un tarif réduit pour les personnes s’inscrivant à la conférence jusqu’au 1er avril 2019 et un tarif normal pour les personnes s’inscrivant jusqu’au 29 mai 2019. Après cela, les inscriptions seront closes.
Il existe également un tarif spécifique pour les membres de Victim Support Europe et les membres de France Victimes. Cette information sera vérifiée par les organisateurs. Si vous avez payé le mauvais tarif, les organisateurs se réservent le droit de demander le paiement d’un excédent. Si celui-ci n’est pas réglé, les organisateurs se réservent le droit de ne pas accepter la participation à la conférence.

Les inscriptions à la conférence seront confirmées une fois les inscriptions complétées et les paiements traités. Les participants recevront une confirmation de leur inscription par email. Veuillez vérifier attentivement vos emails et nous notifier la moindre erreur.

Politique d’annulation et clauses de non-responsabilité pour la Conférence Annuelle VSE 2019
En cas d’annulation, les frais suivants seront retenus :
Avant le 1^er mai 2019 : aucun frais
Du 2 avril au 23 mai 2019 : 50 % du montant total des frais d’inscription
A partir du 24 mai 2019 : 100 % du montant total des frais d’inscription

Vous pouvez désigner une personne qui assistera à la conférence à votre place afin d’éviter ces frais seulement si vous nous le faites savoir expressément par écrit à vse2019@france-victimes.fr. L’applicabilité de frais d’annulation est à la seule discrétion des organisateurs de la conférence et ne peut être contestée.

Toute annulation et tout changement ne seront valides que si formulés par écrit et confirmés par les deux parties. Tout remboursement sera effectué après l’événement.
